BOXING DAY

An annual event held the day after Christmas
It was a shopping day and a time where stores have sales
often with dramatic in price decrease
So we have decided to spend our shopping day at Birmingham
Bullring and Selfridges&Co. were the shopping complex
that we chose to shop at since it is the landmark for Birmingham
About 2 hours car trip from Sheffield
and we reached there on about half past eight
Thought we were the earliest at first
But seems like they were many 'shoppers' went earlier than us

CHRISTMAS

This was my first time celebrate Christmas in UK
My house came three guests to join our christmas party
They were Xerri, Bei Yi and Chrislyn
Before doing any preparation for the party
we went for a walk to Norflok Park

Back home at around 4pm
Prepare for the party
This party we will have steamboat as our dinner

We were preparing 'tang yuan' as our dessert
and a late celebration for 'Dong Zhi'
which is supposed to be on last Sunday

'TANG YUAN'

The purpose of eating 'TANG YUAN'
is to gather all the family member together
In fact, house members we are
For the first time, all of the housemates were gathered together
since usually all of us are busy with our own stuff
work ones work, study ones study
Kinda hard for all of us to gather for a dinner
After all, it was such a memorable Christmas for all of us

CHRISTMAS EVE &
SILENT NIGHT

celebrated with my colleagues right after a busiest night
Hmm.. it was a terrible night for me I think
though I was happy as well
Er.. I think I can considered as drunk that night
after few glasses of white wine
forgot exactly how many glasses
but the point was, all were drank bottom-up
At last, I vomited in my boss car
when I was about to reach home
Luckily, I vomited in a bag
otherwise... ...

Kinda long time didn't update my blog
Was busying with tonnes of assignments
and presentation as well and that's it
settled since last Wednesday

Currently in a festive mood and rest mode
countdown-ing to Christmas
Well, before that
I will have to work on 23rd and Christmas Eve
and do some research on Birmingham
since I am going to visit the city on Boxing Day (26th)
with all my housemates

For Christmas
I will be celebrating with all my housemates
We will have steamboat for dinner
and exchange present among all participants
